Introducing LexCurrent
A legal intelligence platform for prediction markets
How do you know litigation in a specific vertical got a little bit... crazy?
You know when your developer asks:
“Alper, are case IDs not unique? We have the exact same ID in two different cases.”
You know when two oral arguments in two different cases are scheduled for the exact same day, at the same local time, but in different states.
You know when you’ve just finished reviewing all your case data and another lawsuit hits the wires. We’re looking at you, New Mexico.
And you know when your prediction market litigation network starts looking like this:
And this is after deciding not to visualize every single case.
Prediction markets have become one of the most active legal battlegrounds in the country.
We’ve been writing about the subject for more than a year and following the litigation has become increasingly difficult. Cases are spreading across federal and state courts. What began as a handful of disputes now involves platforms, states, tribes, private plaintiffs and the federal government.
There are some excellent resources out there and we’ve benefited from many of them, but the prediction market tracker we wanted simply didn’t exist.
We wanted something more visual. More comprehensive. More intuitive.
So we built it.
Today, we’re launching LexCurrent – a real-time, dedicated intelligence platform for tracking the legal landscape surrounding prediction markets.
This is only the beginning.
